Returns & Refunds
Most of our products can be returned for a full refund or exchange, this can be done up until 30 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unopened, unused or unworn and should be returned in its original product packaging with tags or a refund cannot be issued.
A refund request must be sent within 14 days:

- Or by contacting us on 0116 464 5190.
- Please have your order number to hand.
Before a refund can be considered all goods will undergo quality checks, as they should be new, unworn and unused.
If we do not feel your item meets these critera we have the right to decline the refund request.
We will offer a full refund if an item is faulty or not as described.
Please be aware that our personalised jumpers are customised for the individual and therefore are excluded from the standard British Christmas Jumpers 30 days return policy, unless faulty. Of course, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of us receiving the product back to the address below; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
On cancellation of your order for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your own cost unless the goods when received were notably faulty, in which case we will pay for the postage and send out a replacement.
